When you crave, you just have to go back. #FOODALERT!

Is love really sweeter the second time around?
I do know something that gets yummier everyday: FOOD!

My second time around in SEA'S KITCHEN, located in Saud, Pagudpud, was exceptional.
I really get excited to savour their menu little by little, and I tell you, your tastebuds won't be upset.

Sea's Kitchen got my stomach very happy with everything, especially their fish kilawen, seared tuna, and the spicy tuna with nori chips that got me loca again.

I can't wait to go back and try all the delicious dishes posted on their menu.

Here are some photos of their menu:

Seared Tuna

 Rocky's Herbed Chicken

 Shakshouka

 Spicy tuna with nori chips

 Fish kilawen

Calamari burger

For more information (menu, reservation, location, etc.) just visit their facebook page:

Aside from good food, they also have a very lovely location. A very good place calls for a photoshoot.

Thank you Sea's Kitchen for being our location for little Leevon's 1st birthday.

A healthy reason why you should go back to Adams!

Planning on heading up to North but the rain weather is making you think twice?
Go and visit Adams for the rain makes it more beautiful and serene than usual.
Plus, there's another reason to visit aside from the tourist spots and it is the ADAMS ECO FARM

Adams Eco Farm is offering a farm to table kind of food and it is located in Sitio Malaggao of Adams, Ilocos Norte.
A 2 hectare main farm owned by a lovely couple who fell inlove with Adams and who are really into gastronomy, ate France and kuya Wen.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

#JDadventures is up to take their taste buds for an adventure in the new talk of  the town located in Adams.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

1. You will feel relaxed
There is no rushing of time, you will enjoy taking everything slow for the place itself will make you calm for everything observed is greenish and all you can hear are the birds singing.

2. There will be more conversations than gadgets
This is your time to disconnect for there is no signal in the farm so more stories are told. If you are going solo, don't worry the owners are full of stories to tell and i'm sure you'll love them for they will make you feel at home.

3. You will be amazed by how they grow their organic plants
There is a green house where most of their organic plants are located. The set up of the place is very lovely. And I challenge you to memorize the different kinds of plants inside, because I already forgot.

4. The food is worth the wait
When you visit the farm, be sure that you are not in a hurry so you can try many dishes from their menu little by little. Good food also takes its time.

*IMPORTANT NOTE*
You should reserve your menu 2-3 days before you go for them to prepare and due to no signal in  the area.
For their menu, just contact them on their facebook page https://www.facebook.com/AdamsEcoFarm/

Kuya Wen and his magic kitchen

Chicken in Thai Basil

Arabic bread with hummus (good for 3-4)

Herb Omellete

Time to eat!

5. You'll probably sleep in their couch
Ate France warned us about the spell of the couch. She told us that all visitors who sat in that couch fell asleep. And yes, we also did fell under the spell.

6. Appreciate the rain
The rain will make Adams more dramatic, will let you see many dragonflies, hear the sound of the river, will give you low temperature so it is way better to enjoy it with a cup of coffee!

7. You might want to buy some organic vegetables from them

8. You will invite/tag more friends to go to Adams again and try this new place
Go!

Thank you Adams for being our last destination for this year 2017, our out of town before I landed here in Barcelona.

Thank you Adams Eco Farm, ate France and Kuya wen for being very open and warm, and specially for the delicious food and the wonderful siesta in your spelled sofa. And,for showing us that one should always go for  their dream goals.

And thank you to my love for your company, for being my food and travel buddy, for tagging in my spontaneous adventures and having almost the same taste bud as me. I love you, always.

And that's our Adams adventure, I hope you'll go and make your own memories too!
